*Leases are subject to credit approval of qualified buyers through Allegro Credit and not available where prohibited by law. All leases have a 48-month term and must be for two AGXR hearing instruments. Early-upgrade options vary by location. Contact your hearing provider for details on their early-upgrade policy. Hearing instruments must be purchased or returned at the end of the term. Sales tax may be additional where applicable. No security deposit required.
